PIC stated the yogurt containers were stocked yesterday at 8PM and were left in the cooler overnight. The ambient temperature measured at 50.7F. There is on internal thermometer in the reach in cooler. COS- PIC voluntarily discarded all the yogurt containers.
KDA_4_204112B - --There are no internal thermometers in any of the reach in coolers in the kitchen or on the front serving area.
KDA_4_30111 - --The ambient temperature measured at 50.7F in the small glass reach in cooler on the front counter. All potentially hazardous foods were voluntarily discarded and PIC adjusted setting. There is no internal thermometer provided.
KDA_6_50116 - --There was a wet mop with a handle stored in the mop bucket not allowed to properly air dry.

KDA_3_50116A2 - --Individual packages of cream cheese in a bowl on ice at 57.4. COS-moved down in the ice. Waffle batter in batter dispenser at 48.7. COS-will be discarding at the end of breakfast(3hours).Discussed with the breakfast attendant cooling the waffle batter to 41 before placing it in dispenser. Small tan RIC in kitchen, gallon jug of milk at 48.2. Ambient air of RIC 46.2, no other PHF's were in the RIC. Do not store any PHF in cooler until it maintains food temps at 41 or below. COS-voluntary destruction of milk
