KDA_6_50111 - --Under the consumer fountain drink machine on the wall there is an exposed outlet protruding from the wall. The metal door frames of the door leading to the back kitchen area and the restrooms are rusted and corroding. The front service counter has exposed and warped wood. The tile half-wall of the front counter on the dining room side has missing tile that is covered by temporary vinyl sheets taped to the wall. There are broken and missing tiles and missing tile grout on the floor in the area of the cooking equipment. There are two holes in the wall where the door that opens to the back kitchen has damaged the wall.
KDA_6_50112A - --There is residual food debris collected on the floor drain in the southwest corner of the kitchen and behind the unused make table. There is trash and debris accumulated on the floor in the area of the hot water heater.
