KDA_3_30412F - --The in-use pizza cutter was stored in a container of water at 79.5F. Inspector spoke with an employee and suggested cleaning the in-use utensil every 4 hours and keeping it covered with wax paper to prevent contamination.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --In the backroom, 3, 50lb. bags of bulk in shell peanuts were setting directly on the floor.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the open air produce cooler, a package of chopped salad kit in a basket with paper in the bottom was 49.1F. The paper was blocking the air flow to the salad mix. Corrected on site (COS): The package was moved to the back of the cooler where the ambient air was 39.4F
KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the meat department display case, cooked pork chops had no date marking. COS: Employee said the package was opened 2 days ago and labeled the item.
KDA_3_60211B2 - --Peanut/Tree Nuts/Trail mixes packaged in the establishment had no list of ingredients. An employee said they have the labels being made and they should be in the mail.
KDA_4_60111C - --In the bottom of the make table, there is dried food debris on the back ledge. In the bottom of the meat department bandsaw, there is dried food debris. COS: An employee cleaned the equipment. The 3 wall mounted fans in the meat department area have a build up of dust on the blade and guard. The door tracks on the meat department display case have food debris build up.
