The manufacturer package instructs to add the beans to boiling water. Corrected on site Educated the temperature of boiling water is 212 degrees F. Instructed that manufacturer instructions need to be followed for all commercial packed foods.
KDA_3_50116A1 - --In the hot hold cabinet is a tray of individual servings of refried beans 119.2, commercial crispitos 189.2 The person in charge said they had dipped the refried beans into the styrofoam bowls after their 10 oclock break. The person in charge provided documentation that the temperature of the refried beans was 160 degrees when they had been placed in the hot hold cabinet before 10 oclock but did not have a temperature of the refried beans when they were removed for dipping. Corrected on site Educated to follow manufacturer instructions for preparing commercially packed items. Individual servings of refried beans was disposed of in trash.
