Note: they are using ice in these food bars, but the ice level was not up to the level of food in the pans, and in most cases was not even touching the bottom of the pans. These temperatures were observed and logged by staff, but nothing was done to correct the problem until after lunch service, even when brought to the attention of the PIC several times.
