KDA_3_20215 - --2 gallon cans of green beans is stored on a shelf in dry storage with other canned food items. The integrity of the bottom seals of both cans have been affected.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the kitchen reach in cooler containers of deli slice meats had no date. Manager said the meat was taken out of the freezer on Monday this last week. Manager said the routine is for the deli meat to be taken out of the freezer on Saturday and disposed of at the end of the work week the following Saturday. Corrected on site Educated Manager that containers need to be marked with date so containers are able to be monitored by all employees.
KDA_4_50111B - --The door gasket of the kitchen True reach in freezer is torn loose from the opening edge of the door. The drip tray of the soda fountain has an accumulation of scum. The nozzle attachment plate of the soda machine has an accumulation of syrup splatters.

KDA_6_50112A - --In the kitchen - the ceiling vents have an accumulation of grime and dirt. The east wall behind the pizza oven has a build up of lint. The north wall has a build up of lint. An section of the wall behind the range has runs of grease extending from the range hood down towards the base board. The floor of the center storage room where the freezers are, has a build up of dirt and and grime. Around the base board, of the walls of the dry storage room, there is an accumulation of dead insect parts.
