KDA_3_30212 - --A bottle of unknown white powder on the shelving below the microwaves in the lobby, and a bottle of unknown white powder at the soup station were not labeled with the contents. COS: powders identified and bottles labeled.
KDA_3_30412A - --Single-use cups were used as scoops in bins of cereal under the microwaves in the lobby. COS: cups removed, alternate method of dispensing will be used going forward.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --A bucket of banana chips was stored on the floor behind the front counter next to the water heater. COS: bucket moved to shelf.
