KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the Clay Center Middle School cooler box there was a bag of shredded cheese at 50.1F. It was tempted around 9:55am and an employee said it has only been in the cooler for 30 min. COS-placed the cheese on ice packs and it was being transferred around 10:15am.
KDA_4_60111A - --On a lower shelf below the Panasonic machine there was one tan plastic food grade spacer with dried food debris on it and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. In a utensil drawer at the buffet line there were 3 black plastic tongs with sticker residue left on the handles and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area.
