KDA_3_50115A - --Sitting on Counter, there were fully cooked chicken tenders cooling at 108.1F. According to the employee, the had been sitting out since 9:00 a.m. Note: The temperature was taken at 10:00 a.m. Corrected on Site - Educated and placed tenders in an ice bath and in the Walk In Cooler to drop the temperature rapidly.
