KDA_3_40311A - --Located in hot well cheese dip with an internal temperature of 119F, white chili 129F PIC stated item was heated up 5 minutes prior and placed in well. COS- placed on flat top rapidly reheated 165F 15 seconds.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --Located in lowboy beneath stove chicken strips with an internal temperature of 54.1, and previously fried shrimp with an internal temperature of 50.0F. PIC stated items were made the previous day. COS- voluntarily destroyed.
KDA_4_204119 - --Buildup of food and debris in trap of warewashing machine causing liquid to flow directly onto floor. PIC stated company will be called for fixing.
