3-302.11(A)(2) - --There were four containers of raw chicken stored directly above two large containers of raw beef in the walk in cooler. COS- PIC rearranged shelves.

KDA_4_60111A - --REPEAT: There was old food debris built up on the food contact blade of the commercial opener. COS- PIC moved the opener to the warewashing area for additional cleaning.
