- KDA_3_30511A1 - --bulk bags of sugar, flour and rice received of the course of a week and sitting on the floor. To be elevated.
- KDA_3_50114D - --Shell eggs located in the kitchen single white[Frigidaire]RIC were probed at 57 after observing that the unit ambient air device was reading 49 and further probe of some salsa type party dip was probed at 47. Shell eggs were moved to other RIC and adjusted the temperature setting and after about 40 minutes the unit had dropped down to 34.0 as registered on the inspectors max/min device. Eggs were then transferred back to this unit and another slight adjustment of the control to come closer to 41 or less.
- KDA_3_50118A2 - --One half full gallon open jug of milk, according to owner was opened on Sunday(11-15) with no date mark. Marked it.
- KDA_4_10111A - --[Sterilite] utility totes used to store sugar and uncooked rice in contact with the plastic that is not shown to be of food-grade quality. Started to correct the sugar product before inspector left and to do the same with the rice when times permits.
- KDA_4_90311A - --case of dinner napkins and solo drink cups stored on floor in back room. To be elevated off floor.
- KDA_Defacto - --3 compartment sink set up and washing in progress, with quat 10 sanitizer, tested by inspector at 200 parts per million. --egg rolls at 189, Rice at 170 --hot water at the sinks was 176 (one hundred-seventy-six). Education provided to temper this hot temperature when sanitizing. --One 50 pound bag of sugar was opened by male employee, to transfer to a food container and he discovered crawling insects in the form of ants and brought to the inspectors attention. Undetermined as to the source of the insects and whether due to storing on floor in the back room or from the vendor. Owner said she got the shipment a week ago. Product was discarded. --regular rice in cooker at 170
