KDA_3_50118A3 - --In the WIC there was a plastic food grade container of sliced turkey dated 8/26/15 to 9/22/15 (past 7 days). COS-corrected the date to 9/1/15.
KDA_3_30111B - --The person in charge touched ready to eat Velveeta cheese with her bare hands while cutting it up. COS-placed gloves on and cooked the cheese.

In the kitchen on the counter there was a plastic food grade container with a white granular substance. The person in charge said it was sugar. COS-labeled it sugar.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --On the counter there was a carton of raw hard shell eggs at 74.6F and individual butter packets at 79.8F. An employee said they have been out since 9:00am and were tempted around 9:25am (less than 4 hours). COS-placed in the WIC. (Educated about using an ice bath to help keep them cold while using).
KDA_3_50118A1 - --In the WIC there was an open package of slice ham that expired on 8/19/15. COS-discarded.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the WIC there was an open package of sliced turkey without a date. The person in charge said it was opened on 8/19/15. There was also a plastic food grade container of cooked BBQ pulled pork without a date. The person in charge said it was made on 8/19/15. COS-date marked both items.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --In a drawer in the kitchen there was 2 black plastic spoons and one white plastic spoon that was porous and melted (not easy to clean). On the black plastic rack (w/ microwave) there was one wooden round bowl with broken edges. COS-all items were discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --On the magnetic strip there was one knife with dried food debris on the blade and stored clean. COS-moved it to the ware wash area.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --The spray nozzle at the bar had minor mold inside and the black rubber holder for the spray nozzles has tan slim built up inside.
