- Equipment, Utensils, Linens, and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles - Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored 6'' off the floor in a clean, dry location & not stored in prohibited areas in compliance to Food Code.
- Critical: RTE PHF, Date Marking - Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, in accordance with the Food Code.
- Closing Toilet Room Doors - Toilet room doors as specified under 6-202.14 shall be kept closed except during cleaning and maintenance operations.
