Various foods 46F in prep cooler, unit turned up cleaned back of unit, establishment is to monitor temperatures, corrected on-site. Cooler unit elevated too, but seems to be in defrost mode monitor, owner stated that repair company will be called if it stays elevated. Firm is to maintain foods on ice until units can be looked at or unit drops temperature. Cleaned filter on main unit too.
