Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical Observation: QA sanitizer was tested too strong. QA sanitizer concentration must be maintained between 200-400ppm. Corrected at time of inspection.
Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS) Observation: Mold buildup on ice machine chute edge. Must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Clean more frequently to prevent contamination. REPEAT VIOLATION
