Observation: Sanitizer available however uncertain how to properly mix and no test strips.
- PHF/TCS foods receiving temperatures
Observation: Volunteers knew to check temps upon arrival of food however, food was temped at 110 & 115 degrees respectfully, uncertain what temp was to be and did not know what to do.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Large 1 gallon container of Ranch Dressing left out during serving time, not maintained at proper temp. Veggies were handled in the same manor.

Observation: Person(s) in charge at this food site is volunteer. Uncertain as to food temp upon arrival or what to do if not at temp. Unable to answer basic food code questions.
- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Observation: Cloth rags being used as wiping cloths not properly stored in sanitizer.

Observation: All food service personnel are volunteers

Observation: Food Service License not posted and unable to locate.
- Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement
Observation: Hand wash sink and supplies available however in kitchen area and food is served in hallway a distance from kitchen.
