Observation: Large refrigerator not being used, everything in small refrigerator. Small refrigerator barely making temp, turned down thermostat, will recheck in three days.

Observation: Large refrigerator in kitchen area is running at 65 degrees. Cold food shall be kept at 41 degrees or below. Refrigerator needs to run around 39 degrees for this to happen. Small mild refrigerator in kitchen running at 42.6 degrees. Turned thermostat down a little.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Working thermometers need to be in all refrigerators.
