Chlorine sanitizer was too strong in spray bottle, corrected.

There was no detectable level of sanitizer in dishwashing machine - the chemical is pumping through the line but it appears to no longer be at proper concentration in the container. New container of sanitizer was added, line was primed, corrected.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
There are no test papers to monitor chlorine sanitizer concentration, which shall be 50-100 ppm.
