Observation:Observed soiled dishes and utensils in designated dishroom handsink, removed, corrected on site.

Observation:There is no digital, instant-read food thermometer with thin-diameter probe.
- Handwashing signage
Observation:There are no handwashing signs at the dishroom handsink and the men's restroom - printed, corrected on site.
- Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitation - temp, pH, concentration, and hardness
Observation:Observed no detectable level of sanitizer in dishwashing machine - air was present in the line even after several pumps. Repeat violation.
