Observation: The cooler holding the yogurt, sandwiches, fruit cups with melon has an ambient air temp of 56F, their thermometer reads 60F and the melon cut third shift is 56F - shall be 41F. Unit is being adjusted and cleaned, if this does not correct the issue please have it repaired. They do not monitor temps of the unit. Melon cups in ice 57F - shall be 41F or below. Mdlon does stick up out of the ice.
