- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Two of the reach in refrigeration units in the kitchen did not have an ambient air thermometer to monitor temperature inside the units.

Observation:Observed two unlabeled working containers of bleach in the beverage service area. Bottles were labeled during the inspection. CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION.

Observation:Observed food handler touch exposed hair, scratch head, then touch face then proceed to touch clean food equipment and put on gloves without washing hands first.

Observation: Accumulation of dust, food debris, and residue on shelving in the kitchen, on plastic crates containing food, and below and around equipment (especially under the 3 compartment sink).
