Observation:There is no detectable level of sanitizer in dishwashing machine - pump was primed but no product is going through the line. Repeat violation

Observation:Observed several open bags of sugar and other dry ingredients on kitchen shelves.

Observation:Observed home-canned jar of asparagus in walk-in cooler - discarded, corrected on site.

Observation:Items served undercooked (hamburgers, eggs) are not identified on the menu with an asterisk corresponding to a reminder statement.
