Observation:Observed heavy grease and charcoal deposits on ventilation hood over grill and fryers.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation:There were no dates on cooked meats, baked potatoes and soup in the walk-in cooler - corrected on site, repeat violation.
- Most recent sample report for the nonpublic water system is retained at the food establishment or as specified by state water quality regulations
Observation:The most recent water test is not maintained at the establishment - a copy was sent to this inspector from the testing company.
- Foods are cooled using appropriate methods
Observation:Observed cooked meats cooling in deep plastic containers in walk-in cooler, temperatures were 83 degrees. Meats transferred to freezer, corrected on site.
