Observation:Chili and breakfast burrito mix without dates. PIC dated to correct. Inspector will recheck at the next regular inspection.

Observation:Chicken bites @123 and chicken sandwich @120 in hot hold. Food in hot hold discarded to correct. Inspector will recheck at the next regular inspection.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:Two small refrigeration units and a stand up fridge without thermometers.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation:Cooler walls accumulated with a mold like substance. Cooler fans with dust build up.

Observation:Small refrigerator with duct tape on interior shelving.
