Observation: No handwashing sign in employee restroom(RR) reminding employee to wash their hands before and after using RR. Provided the form to post it and corrected on site.
- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Observation: Containers of chemical sanitizing solutions with wet wiping cloths stored on the floor in the kitchen. Manager removed off the floor and corrected on site.

Observation: Reach-in cooler was out of temperature (45.4*F) during lunch hours. Kitchen has temp log, cooler works properly on morning (32-38*F), and has higher temp during lunch time (48-54*F). Adjust or replace new refrigerator.
