Observed ground turkey patties stored above ground beef patties in the open reach-in refrigeration. Person in charge instructed employees to rearranged shelf.
Cooling foods are stored properly Observation: Chicken noodle stored covered in main kitchen walk-in-cooler at a temperature between 92-100*F. Person in charge removed lid to store uncovered.

Raw meat products stored above cooked sausage in the reach-in meat refrigeration. Person in charge instructed employee to rearranged shelving units.
