Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces Observation:1)Has cereal boxes stored in other products cardboard boxes in dry storage area, must not reuse cardboard for any product other than its intended product, provide plastic or other storage containers for this purpose. 2)Has new laminate countertops with exposed wooden material on cut ends, must seal with at least two coats of paint or varnish to aid cleaning.

Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical Bleach water bucket did not register bleach. Was made early morning. Change out sanitizer frequently to ensure proper concentration. CORRECTED ON SITE.

equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch. 1) Lower shelving in coffee area must be treated with a light coat of colored piant or varnish. 2) Several shelving units have worn pant exposing bare wood. Shall resurface or replace. All non-food contact surfaces must be easily cleanable and non-absorbent. 3) Slight food build-up under large oven units. Clean more frequently.
