Food must be stored up off floor. Walk-in freezer - 2 packages of mushroom sauce were on floor. They have been discarded. Corrected at time of inspection

Bullnose tiles between wall/floor juncture are pulling away from glassboard leaving a gap where dirt and food accumulates. These gaps must be sealed and broken tiles repaired or repalced.
