Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible Observation: Two reach-in coolers with pizza and eggs did not have thermometers inside. Must provide a thermometer in each reach-in cooler that must maintain foods at 41 degrees or less. Corrected on site.
Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods Observation: Boxes and other unnecessary items in back storage area.Back storage area needs more organizing and cleaning. Must clean more frequently to prevent contamination.
Handwashing signage Observation: Handwashing sign not posted at man's restroom at the handwashing sink. Every handsink use by employee must have sign posted reminding employee to wash their hands.Provided the sign and corrected on site.

Drying mops Observation: Mop were stores in water in mop buckets in men' restroom. Mops must be air-dried in between uses. Store mop in a manner that will allow for air-drying without soiling walls or equipment.

Must have written standard operation procedure to respond to vomiting and diarrhea(V&D)events.
