Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance Observation: Strainer for dumping liquids stored in the bar hand sink. Person in charge removed the items and cleaned the sink. If sink continues to be used as a dump sink upon next routine inspection an additional hand sink will be required to be installed in the bar area.
