Observation: Mechanical ware washing machine not sanitizing - must use three compartment sink method until serviced and working properly - invoice shall be submitted.

Observation: Cook handling bacon with bare hands, discussed and corrected at time of inspection.
- A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
Observation: Establishment does not have a thin tipped thermometer.

Observation: All foods in walk-in cooler temping at 45 degrees. Cooked sausage out at 52 degrees.

Observation: Table under microwave and slicer soiled.

Observation: Bottle of Windex stored directly next to "food releaser" and food contact surfaces.
