Observation: Sanitizer in 3 compartment sink was measured at 0 ppm. Sanitizer dispenser was out of sanitizer. Sanitizer solution was replaced during inspection and was proper concentration.

Observation:Window spray chemical stored near clean spoon container, must store all chemicals separate from food and food service items, moved to lower shelving area now.
- Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
Observation:Clean food debris under walk in freezer rack edges.
- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Observation:Has wet wiping cloths not in sanitizer solution, made up sanitizer buckets now for both front counter and back end usage. Must keep cloths submerged in between uses.
- Food storage containers identified with common name of food
Observation:Must label working container of cinnamon/sugar blend to prevent confusion.

- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Does not have container of sanitizer to keep cloths submerged in, wiping cloths not maintained in sanitizer between use, provide container for use at front area and in kitchen.
- Linens- cleaning and storage
1) Has one plastic container that is cracked and taped, must discard this container, no longer cleanable surface. Will discard now. 2) Has two cases of single use containers on floor in back end, must store at least 6 inches off floor.
- Miscellaneous sources of contamination
Has ice buildup on walk in freezer from condensor, must repair, so food is not in contact with ice buildup, not a clean surface.
- Food storage containers identified with common name of food
All food storage containers and squeeze bottles need to be labeled as to contents, ie sauces.
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials
1) Has one plastic container that is cracked and taped, must discard this container, no longer cleanable surface. Will discard now. 2) Has two cases of single use containers on floor in back end, must store at least 6 inches off floor.
