Observation:reach in cooler at Market 3 temperatures taken 46-54F-phf was disposed of and work order will be put in
- Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
Observation:Market and Clyde's none of the handsinks including the mens bathroom did not get warm

Observation:Fountain pop dispenser in dining area, ice chute needs cleaned and upper portion of machine needs dusted-discussed with mgr-scheduled for cleaning today
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are cleanable
Observation:2 plastic containers were damaged and no longer cleanable, disposed of at time of inspectionm
