Observation: Boxes of food stored on the floor in walk-in cooler. Manager stated they have just received from Elementary school because their cooler is not working properly.

Observation: There is no sneezing guard installed or other protection on food serving line during lunch hrs. Food was uncovered, exposed to contamination from students. This is REPEAT violation.

Observation: Beverage cooler with the yogurt next to serving line have no light inside and bulb burned out.

Observation: Cooked taco meat stored in deep pan inside the walk-in cooler and temped 182*F. Employee stated she has just put it there. Discussed the proper methods of cooling, she corrected putting the taco in cookie shallow sheet to cool down properly.
