I stopped into this store this am to get some breakfast and purchase lottery tickets as I frequently do. I feel the customer service is getting worse. There seems to be new employees that don't care about how they interact with the customers. Poor eye contact and not friendly. I was using a filled out lottery play slip to purchase some tickets, the same play slip that I had used the day before. She ran it through and it would not take the ticket. She handed it back to me and I noted it was wet, thats why it would not take it. She had a drink of her own at the counter and had touched it and got the ticket wet. When I mentioned that to her she said, No, I have never had that problem before, it is the ticket. I don't think people that serve the public in the way they do should have food or drinks behind the counter. Think about it, they are handling peoples food, items and money. They are passing germs back and forth. Moisture off their drink cups, damaging play slips and acting like it was not their fault. I would like to see a more friendly atmosphere, as it use to be. Or maybe will have to start going to the QT across the street.
