Observation: Hot sausage not date marked. Employees were unable to determine the date opened. The product was then voluntarily discarded.

Observation: Quat sanitizer in ware washing sink tested around 150ppm. Inspector discussed the proper concentration should be 200-400ppm. Employee discarded old solution.

Observation: No date mark on tuna. Employee date marked the tuna during inspection.
