Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials Observation:Inspector was unable to determine if the Sterilite containers holding ready to eat food products in the walk-in cooler were made of food grade plastic. PIC notified inspector she would contact the company to find out more information. Containers can not be used until they are verified as being safe.
