Observation: Walk in cooler is too small for amount of beer and food stored on a weekly basis. Today beer and meat were delivered and food was stacked on floor, observed food past datemark because food can't be organized/rotated due to space.

Observation: Walls in back room are not finished and easily cleanable. Area where empties are stored is not accessible to inspect for pests.
- Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
Observation: Observed baked beans leftovers past the 7 day use by date.
- Cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces (PHF/TCS)
Observation: Ice machine has black buildup inside under baffle and ice bin.
- Drainboards, utensil racks, or tables are provided for soiled and clean utensils
Observation: No drain boards for soiled dishes.
