Disclosure of menu items offered or served raw or undercooked Menu overstates foods that may be cooked to order by identifying all meats with an asterisk that corresponds with the consumer advisory language. Only identify those animal foods that are offered under cooked. Menu's are being updated and will be completed shortly after January 1st. Please contact the inspector with questions before finalizing the menu update.
Source-Fish Observation: Observed fish being pickled in walk-in cooler. Person in charge stated Blue Gill are caught in local waters and pickled onsite with no cooking step before consumption. All foods served from commercial kitchens shall come from an approved licensed facility. Owner agreed to not serve home pickled fish to the public and remove what's in inventory.
