Plumbing system maintained in good repair Observation:Observed spray hose at three-compartment sink leaks in several places. Observed leak on main water line before the meter.

The main sewer drain in basement leaks back into the basement floor drayin, a large pool of water is located around the drain. The spray hose faucet at the three-compartment sink is not working - there is no separate faucet.
Indoor and outdoor surfaces Observation:Observed missing and deteriorated floor tiles and linoleum in kitchen.
