Observation: Single use containers on the floor. Moved at time of inspection.

Observation: Handwashing sink in kitchen has sanitizer bucket stored in it. Front sink used as dump sink.

Observation: Pickled product in mason jar in bar cooler. Removed from premise at time of inspection.
- Eating, drinking, or using tobacco
Observation: Walk in cooler smelled of cigarette smoke. Very windy day - no smoke was infiltrating from outside. Cooler was unlocked.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Power to walk in cooler was off. Salad temperature at 45 degrees. Power was restored at time of inspection by flipping the breaker
