Observation:Food handler preparing meals placed cooked beef over potatoes with bare hands, onions were handle with bare hands. Gloves were placed upon request. Establishment will re-enforce glove policy.Inspector will recheck at the enxt regular inspection

Observation:Interior of the ice machine with black residue. Cleaned and sanitize during inspection.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation:Tomatoes @49, cheese @51, Items on an ice bath in too big of a container with too little ice. Items were placed into smaller containers and more ice added to correct. Kitchen manager will monitor the set up for compliance. Recheck at the next inspection.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation:Interior of the walk in freezer with frozen condensation on the side. A substantial amount of ice build uo inside the freezer.
