- Critical. Observed uncovered food in holding unit/dry storage area. Brownies in tall reach in cooler.
- Observed in-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Ice cream scoops.
- Critical. Observed employee engage in food preparation, handle clean equipment or utensils, or touch unwrapped single-service items, without washing hands. Employee did not wash hands before putting on gloves and preparing food.
- Critical. Sink compartments too small to accommodate utensils or equipment. Container in use unable to fit in 3 sink.

- Observed single-service articles improperly stored. Paper plates and platic spoons with food contact area exposed. Straws on top of ice cream cooler.
