Do not utilize unit to store TCS foods in side until it is able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41 or below **Warning** Establishment is moving across street in a few weeks, operator stated property owner will not repair equipment. Establishment is utilizing Time as a Public Health Control to hold all TCS foods at 41 or below until they move.
