  • Critical. Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit, hot dogs 54-58F, bacon raw 54F, single serve creamers 54F in refrigerator under counter. Stop sale issued operator stated had been in refrigerator over night. Thermometers caliberated mine was 32F, and operators was not within +/- 1 to 2 degrees at 44F. Corrected On Site. Refrigerator temperature control was adjusted to colder and temperature dropped during inspection. Advised operator to not use refrigerator for potentially hazardous foods. All foods removed from refrigerator and placed in other coolers.

Operator adjusted temperature and dropped during inspection. Operator advised not to store potentially hazardous foods refrigerator till it maintains 41F or below. Establishment has other coolers.
