  • Critical - No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation. [2 cooks, one foid prep employe4, 2 wait staff that scoop soup, dressings into bowls on duty during start of inspection. Day certified food manager out ill. During inspection owner/certified food manager arrived and staff shift change occurred.
  • Critical - Observed non-service animals (large, black neighborhood cat) on outdoor patio. Cat is lying on dining deck under table adjscent to where a customer is sitting. No observation of cat being fed. Operator states cat comes from marina and adjacent pool area owned by marina. Cat slept on far end of dining deck for duration of inspection.
  • Observed nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair. Walk in unit has heavy ice buildup. Ice is along all wire shelves at left-back corner of unit. Ice is vuilt up in pans, over wrapped foods and on floor of unit below shelving. Wrapped foods are so covered in ice that they cannot be reoved from pans.
  • Critical - Observed raw porkchops in metal storage pan in walk in unit covered with ice from evaporator ice buildup. Pork chops cannot be served. Corrected On Site by discarding porkchops.
