Deli ham 53°, deli turkey 52°, cooked chicken 62, cappocola 62°, prime rib 53°.

The right side Bain Marie cooler, coldest observed food temperature is 46° in this unit. Operator did not take any food out of this unit in my presence. **Warning** At the callback inspection the coldest observed temperature in this unit was 52.
