  • Observed gaskets with heavy black slimy/mold-like build-up-upright freezer by crock-pot area.

  • Critical. Pesticide use not in accordance with manufacturer's directions. Can of raid by 3 bin sink.
  • Critical. Observed extension cord in use for non-temporary period. For reporting purposes only. Yellow extention cord running from cooking area above K class extinguisher to front waiting area and appears to attach to electric open signage.
