- Critical. Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. PH dressings in salad make table at 46 Degrees F. 47 Degrees F for pasta salads at frontline display reachin cooler. Corrected On Site, moved to freezer for immediate cooldown.

- Critical. No quatenary ammonia test strips when using quatenary ammonia sanitizer at three-compartment sink, or for wiping cloths.
